Delivery and processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after you receive an order confirmation email.
ARAMEX and DHL
Customers will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number when order is shipped. Estimated delivery time is 7 – 12 working days depending on the destination. Contact us at dmmgsolutions@gmail.com if you don’t received your shipment or have problems with your shipment.
ARAMEX
To calculate shipping cost via Aramex, simply add items to cart and select your country at checkout. If you can’t find your country on the list, please contact us at dmmgsolutions@gmail.com.
Note: We introduce shop and ship option for our customers as it offers very competitive shipping rates compared to other shipping method. Please learn more about how it works, terms and condition before making decision. You need to register to become S&S member.
Taxes and Customs-
International orders may be charged customs fees. DMMG Solution has no control over possible import charges assessed by the countries’ destination.
Undeliverable or refused packages-
If the package can not be delivered due to an incorrect address or is refused by the recipient, it may be returned to us as undeliverable. In this case, we will notify you about the undeliverable package. You can choose to reship the package at your own cost
Please note that undeliverable packages due to wrong addresses that are lost in transit can not be refunded. Any shipping fees paid at the time of order or reship are non-refundable. To avoid this charge, please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Shipment missing-
- Missing packages can be stressful. But not to worry! Here are some things to try:
- Check that your shipping address is correct.
- Check around your home or building, or with neighbors. Boxes may have been left at backdoors or at the address next door.
- Give it a few more days
- Sometimes carriers incorrectly scan packages that are still in transit. That means that your package could be marked as “Delivered” even though it’s still on its way to you. We completely understand the frustration! But your package is likely to show up within a few days of a false scan
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will tell you the steps you should take to receive your package.
- Contact the Carrier
- Use your tracking number to start your claim for item lost in transit.
Item damaged upon arrival-
- If your item is damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend that you take a photo or video of the damaged item as is, together with the shipping invoice. Do not open the box or the bottle.
- Email us at dmmgsolutions@gmail.com with order number, photo or video of damaged item and your shipping invoice to request for a return authorization.
